Our process

From first call to long-term protection — how our service works.

Every account follows the same six-step process. It's simple, transparent, and built to solve the problem the first time.

  1. 1. Inspection

A licensed technician walks the interior and exterior of your property, checks known harborage points, and documents conducive conditions (moisture, entry points, food sources).

    Photo-documented inspection report.

    First visit · 30–60 min
  2. 2. Identification

We identify the pest to species level. Correct identification is the single biggest driver of treatment success — the same visible ant might need three different treatments depending on species and season.

    Species and severity rating.

  3. 3. Treatment plan

You receive a written plan: recommended treatment, product list, expected timeline, prep required from you, and pricing. Nothing gets applied until you approve.

    Written scope and quote.

    Same visit
  4. 4. Treatment

The technician applies the treatment using EPA-registered products at label rates, targets harborage and travel routes, and installs monitors where appropriate.

    Service ticket with products used.

    Same or next visit
  5. 5. Follow-up

Most treatments include one or two follow-up visits to verify results, catch missed harborage, and adjust the plan. For bed bugs and roaches this is standard; for others it depends on severity.

    Verification and adjustments.

    7–21 days
  6. 6. Maintenance

Once the problem is solved, most customers move to a recurring plan (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) to keep pressure down and prevent re-infestation.

    Recurring service on your schedule.
