Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, service address, phone number, email, payment details, and a description of the pest issue — when you request a quote, book a service, sign a service agreement, or contact customer care.

We also collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring URL, and interaction events) automatically when you use our website.

When a technician visits your property, we may collect site observations (photos of harborage, sightings, treatment locations) required to service the account and fulfill warranty obligations.

We use the information you provide to deliver pest control services, respond to inquiries, dispatch technicians, process payments, send appointment reminders, honor warranties, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in to the customer portal, remember your ZIP-based service area, and measure site performance. We also use a small number of third-party cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (portal login, saved quotes) may not work without them.

We use privacy-respecting analytics (aggregated, no cross-site tracking) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. IP addresses are truncated before storage. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business: scheduling and dispatch software, payment processing, email delivery, SMS notifications, and hosting. Each provider is bound by contract to use the information only to deliver its service to us, and only to the extent required.

Customer service records are retained for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterward to satisfy warranty, tax, and regulatory obligations. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for 90 days.

You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@pestatlas.example. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. We will respond within 45 days.
