Trust & safety
Effective pest control that respects the household.
Every product, every application, and every technician is chosen with your family and pets in mind. Here is how we make that real.
Licensed professionals
Every technician holds a state pest control license, is background-checked, and completes annual continuing education. License numbers are printed on every service report.
Safe products
Only EPA-registered products applied at label rates. We keep a full product list on file for every account, available on request.
Pet safety
Treatments are placed in cracks and crevices, not on floors or in open areas. Once dry (typically 20–30 minutes), treated surfaces are safe for pets to return.
Child safety
The same targeted approach protects children. For families with infants or immune-compromised members, we offer botanical-only and IPM-only programs.
Eco-friendly options
Our GreenPro-certified program uses botanical, mineral, and mechanical controls. Outdoor treatments avoid blooming flowers to protect pollinators.
Industry standards
QualityPro certified, GreenPro certified, and audit-ready programs aligned with AIB, SQF, BRC, FDA, and state health inspections for commercial customers.
Fully insured
General liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto insurance on every technician and vehicle. Certificates of insurance available on request.
Warranty-backed
Recurring plans include re-service between visits at no cost. Termite work carries transferable annual warranties.
Emergency
What to do if a pest emergency happens
Wasp or hornet sting cluster
Move everyone indoors and away from the nest. Call our 24/7 line — same-day dispatch in most areas.
Rodent in living space
Contain the room if you can. Do not attempt to grab or corner. We can respond same day in most metros.
Suspected termite swarm
Collect a sample (jar with a lid) and photograph the swarm location. Book an inspection within 48 hours — swarming means an active colony nearby.
24/7 emergency dispatch nationwide
